Dear All,

to continue the discussion of how to improve your vocabulary power I'd like to ask you to do the following task:

1. Choose one of the apps from the list you can access at

https://www.inc.com/minda-zetlin/7-mobile-apps-that-will-dramatically-increase-your-vocabulary.html

They include the following:

b) http://www.7littlewords.com/

c) https://www.zynga.com/games/words-friends

d) http://www.puzzlenation.com/penny-dell-crosswords/

e) A list of 10  more vocabulary apps to choose from

https://en.softonic.com/solutions/what-are-the-best-vocabulary-building-apps:

Your task will be to do the following:
1. download the app you have chosen onto your mobile
2. use it during the next week and record the following information:

a) the words you have worked with
b) what activities you have done with these words
c) how many words have you learned during the given week: we're going to check it by me asking you to complete a number of exercises

3. Prepare this information in the form of a table
4. In class we'll discuss how to write a report about your vocabulary learning experience and prepare a draft together

Here is some information about some ways of writing a report:

You  can do it using a template for such reports:

Alternativerly, you can prepare your app report using infographics which you can create using Pictochart at: https://create.piktochart.com/infographic, a piece of software to create infonographic
Here too is a more detailed explanation of what infographics is and how it can be used to create your app report: https://thenextweb.com/dd/2013/10/16/10-ways-use-infographics/
