Post 13: AcSkills development: Market-forces-tourism (Unit 4B)

Dear All,

today we'll discuss a model essay about market forces in tourism with you and then share your opinions about a number of thesis statements from the point of view of how well they are written.

Do you remember their features? I can give you a prompt. There are 2 obligatory features and one optional. Try to remember them from what you have studied already and share your ideas with your peers and me.

After that you will have a chance to practise writing a number of thesis statements using the prompts given in the exercise we're going to do.

I hope that these activities will help you to improve your skills in creating good thesis statements

    As a part of your hometask, think of a topic that interests you and write 3 thesis statements related to it. Read the thesis statements writtern by 2 of your peers and comment on how well they are written. Use the criteria we've discussed.
